How to check the loader/excavator in high temperature environment?

First, the engine high temperature problem trouble shooting

1. Factors that may cause high engine temperature:

Fan belt is too loose; coolant is insufficient or deteriorated; water tank external blockage; water tank internal blockage; thermostat failure; water pump damage; engine internal waterway blockage and so on.

2. Tips for trouble shooting:

First check the use of fan belt; coolant is sufficient and put out whether there is scale; water tank external blockage; and finally determine whether the thermostat or water pump is damaged.

Second, the air conditioning cooling effect problem investigation

1. Regular inspection of air-conditioning pipelines and other devices should be carried out.

If the air conditioner is not used for a long time, the air conditioner should be turned on once a month for about 10 minutes each time; the circulating water used in the air conditioner with the heating function should be added with antifreeze.

2. Regular maintenance of air-conditioners

(1) Check whether the refrigerant and compressor operate normally every month;

(2) Every six months, check whether the refrigeration tube, condenser heat sink, electromagnetic clutch, wires, connectors and control switches are abnormal;

(3) Every year, check whether the connector, drying cylinder, air-conditioner main unit, body and air-conditioner seal, belt and tightness, fixed bracket installation are abnormal.

3. Common trouble shooting

(1) refrigeration intermittent work: replace the drying cylinder, re-vacuuming, adding refrigerant, repair or replacement of temperature sensors, inspection and maintenance of the earth wire, control switches and relays;

(2) Increased noise: adjust or replace the belt, compressor bracket, evaporator fan wheel, repair or replace the clutch, compressor;

(3) insufficient heating: check the dampers to remove foreign objects, engine cooling water temperature rises before turning on the air conditioning; repair or replacement of piping;

(4) does not cool: check the blower and compressor, both are normal to check the refrigerant situation, more put less make up, not normal to check its equipment parts are damaged;

(5) cooling effect is not good: check the blower and evaporator air volume, cleaning, repair or replacement of condenser fan, adjust the refrigerant dose or belt, replace the new filter, remove the blockage, downtime frost, cleaning condenser heat sink.
